Our Services

On-site Technicians

NLS have on-site Technicians at almost all the Namibian mines. In other cases, we are just a phone call away to assist with faultfinding, maintenance, servicing and repairs.

Bearing analysis

NLS can assist clients to determine bearing damages and failure analysis, by comparing client specific incidents, to samples captured in a manual.

Rope lubrication

NLS can assist clients to ensure correct wire rope lubrication is performed, and propose effective lubrication for any condition.

Bearing Installations

NLS can give advice and share on bearing installations and maintenance.

Bearing reports

If there is a need for a report on equipment condition and/ or equipment failure analysis.

Pump advice

NLS can assist clients with the correct choice of pumps and equipment for their Service trucks and allocated pump stations.

Pump workshop

The NLS workshop in Swakopmund, is equipped to overhaul all types of lubrication pumps and is fitted with a test bench.

Training

Various specialized SKF training is available and candidates can be trained on site or can be sent to SKf South Africa headquarters for training courses.

Case studies

NLS can provide various case studies done all over the world and including in Namibia, to assist clients making an informed decision when choosing a product.
